At ReadyFeed (owned and operated by Web Shapers LLC), we prioritize your privacy and give you full control over the data you share with us. This page provides clear instructions on how to request the permanent deletion of your data from our systems.
1. Requesting Full Internal Data Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your ReadyFeed account and all associated data stored in our internal systems, please follow these steps:
- Email your request: Send an email to [lou@webshapers.io].
- Subject Line: Use the subject "ReadyFeed Data Deletion Request."
- Verification: To protect your security, please send the request from the email address associated with your ReadyFeed account.
In addition, you may send this request via our embedded help center on your web dashboard.
What happens next?
- Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days.
- Scope of Deletion: We will purge your profile information, un-link and remove your phone numbers, and remove all stored images from our object storage.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete and your data has been purged from our infrastructure.
2. MMS Opt-Out
To stop receiving status updates via text message and remove your phone number from our active messaging queue, you do not need to send an email.
- Simply text the word "STOP" to your assigned ReadyFeed MMS number.
- Our system will immediately opt you out of further communications and acknowledge the request via a final SMS.
3. Retention Exceptions
Please note that while we aim to delete all user data upon request, certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business operations:
- Billing Records: Transaction data required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Security Logs: Minimal logs required to prevent fraud or maintain the integrity of our Vercel-hosted infrastructure.
