Web Shapers LLC ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data for the ReadyFeed application.

1. Information We Collect

  • Profile Data: Name, email, and billing information.
  • Connection Data: Social media OAuth tokens and linked phone numbers.
  • Content Data: Images and text sent via MMS for the purpose of social media posting.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data strictly to power the ReadyFeed application, including:

  • Facilitating the transmission of posts to social media.
  • Using AI to optimize your captions.
  • Sending status updates via SMS.

3. Data Sharing and Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We store and process data only with the following essential service providers:

  • Infrastructure and Hosting: We use third-party cloud hosting and Content Delivery Network (CDN) providers to host our application and ensure global availability.

  • Database and Storage: Your account data, social media tokens, and uploaded images are stored with secure, third-party cloud database and object storage providers.

  • Communication Services: We utilize third-party messaging gateways and email providers to facilitate the transmission of SMS/MMS and email status updates.

  • AI Processing: We use third-party Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (LLM) providers to assist in generating and optimizing social media captions.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

SMS Privacy Disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data is protected via SSL/TLS encryption.
  • Encryption at Rest: Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest.
  • Security Practices: We do not store your social media passwords; all access is managed via secure OAuth tokens.

5. Image Privacy

Please be aware that images sent to ReadyFeed are stored in cloud object storage and are treated as public for the purposes of displaying them in your dashboard and successfully posting them to your public social media profiles.

6. Your Rights and Opt-Outs

  • SMS Opt-Out: Text "STOP" to unsubscribe from all text message status updates.
  • Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team using the help center found in your web dashboard.
  • Platform Revocation: You can disconnect your Meta, Google, or other applicable accounts at any time, which will cease our access to those platforms.
