1. Description of Service
ReadyFeed is a text-to-post platform that allows users to link social media profiles and phone numbers to a web dashboard. Users send images and captions via MMS to a designated ReadyFeed number, and our system utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize content and distribute it to connected social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile).
2. User Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard credentials.
- You must provide a valid phone number and own the rights to the social media profiles connected to the Service.
- Email Communications: By signing up for ReadyFeed, you agree to receive product updates and important service notifications via email. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
3. Third-Party Platform Integration
- OAuth Access: To provide the Service, we require "Read/Write" permissions via OAuth. We only access the data necessary to facilitate posting.
- Revocation: You may revoke ReadyFeed’s access at any time through your ReadyFeed dashboard or via the security settings of the respective platform.
- Compliance: Users must comply with the respective Terms of Service of any platform they connect to ReadyFeed.
4. Mobile Messaging & A2P Compliance
- Consent: By linking a phone number, you provide express consent to receive automated text messages (approximately 2–4 per post) regarding the status of your content.
- Opt-Out: You may text "STOP" to your assigned ReadyFeed number at any time to opt-out. You may text "HELP" for assistance.
- Privacy: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. AI Content and Liability Disclaimer
- AI-Generated Captions: You acknowledge that ReadyFeed uses AI to assist in generating or optimizing captions. AI can produce inaccuracies or errors.
- Final Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all content before or after it is posted. Web Shapers LLC is not liable for any damages, legal issues, or platform bans resulting from AI-generated or user-submitted content.
- Indemnification: You agree to hold Web Shapers LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or the content you distribute.
6. Image Ownership and Visibility
- Public Nature: Images sent to ReadyFeed via MMS are stored in our object storage. You acknowledge that these images are public by default to facilitate distribution to social media and display within the web UI.
- Storage: We reserve the right to delete images based on system requirements or account inactivity.
7. Subscriptions and Cancellation
- Billing: ReadyFeed is a subscription-based product.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your web dashboard.
